Egypt to See Extremely Hot Weather on Sunday, Cairo 39°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that extremely hot and humid weather in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and the south of the country, during daylight hours on Sunday.

Moderately hot weather is excepted to prevail in the Northern coasts.

It is foreseen that high humidity levels would increase the perceived temperature by 2 to 4 degrees.

Furthermore, the country will witness light mist on the roads leading to Cairo, Lower Egypt, and Northern coasts.

Winds will occur occasionally in Cairo, Western Coasts, South Sinai, and the South of the country.

Moderate and humid weather is predicted to prevail across the country at night.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 39°C in Cairo, 33°C in Alexandria, 31°C in Marsa Matruh, 40°C in Sohag, 43°C in Qena, and 44°C in Aswan.
