Egypt strongly condemned what it described as “terrorist and sabotage plots” targeting the security and stability of Gulf nations, particularly Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.
In an official statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt praised the national security services in both countries for successfully thwarting the plots and dismantling the networks behind them.
Egypt reaffirmed its full solidarity with Kuwait, the UAE, and all Gulf states, emphasizing its firm support in confronting any attempts to undermine their sovereignty, destabilize their security, or threaten the safety of citizens and residents.
The statement also underscored Cairo’s backing for all security, legal, and preventive measures taken by the authorities in Gulf countries to protect national stability and safeguard their resources.
Egypt reiterated its absolute rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism, as well as any efforts aimed at destabilizing the region.
The stance highlights the strength of Egyptian-Gulf relations and reflects Cairo’s broader commitment to regional security and stability amid ongoing geopolitical tensions.
