Minister of Sports Ashraf Sobhy met Sunday acting Volleyball Federation president to discuss the ongoing preparations to host the Volleyball Girls U18 World Championship, due in Egypt later this year.
During the meeting, Sobhy said the championship will reflect Egyptian value to the world.
He pointed that it's necessary to handle all the details of the opening ceremony, hosting halls of the tournament, and all the needed for the success of the championship.
The ceremony will be held in Cairo from September 2 to 15 with the participation of 20 international teams on Friday, 28 June.
