Egypt Sees Pleasant Weather on Thursday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts pleasant weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Northeastern coasts, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Thursday.

It is also foreseen that cold weather will prevail in the Northwest coasts, while South Upper Egypt and South Sinai will see moderate conditions.

Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, predicted that there will be a chance of light rain hitting intermittently in the Western coasts.

There are chances of moderate rains prevailing intermittently in the Northern coasts. Light to moderate rain is also predicted to prevail in Lower Egypt, at intermittent periods.

Winds will be active in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and the northwestern coast, causing blowing sand and dust to occur in the North of Upper Egypt.

Cold weather is foreseen to prevail across the country, at night. There is also a chance of light rain prevailing intermittently in Cairo.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 21C in Cairo, 18C in Alexandria, 18C in Marsa Matruh, 24C in Sohag, 25C in Qena, and 28C in Aswan.
