The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately warm weather will prevail across the country during Monday's daylight hours.

The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on the agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, North Upper Egypt, and Central Sinai.

Winds occasionally occur across the country.

There is a 20% chance of light rainfall prevailing in the Northwest Coast.

Light to moderate rain is also forecast to hit the Northeastern Coast and the North Lower Egypt.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean and the Red Sea will experience moderate waves ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters with northwest surface winds.

Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early morning.

Meteorologists warn that frost may form on crops in parts of the North Upper Egypt, Central Sinai, and the Western Desert.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 19°C in Cairo, 19°C in Alexandria, 17°C in Marsa Matruh, 21°C in Sohag, 22°C in Qena, and 23°C in Aswan.
