Egypt Sees Moderately Cold Weather Prevails on Tuesday, Cairo 19°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately cold weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt during Tuesday's daylight hours.

Moderately warm weather is also predicted to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.

The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, Northwest Coast, Western Sahara, and North Upper Egypt.

Wind will be active occasionally across the country.

It is also predicted that maritime navigation will be disrupted in Alexandria and Marsa Matruh, with winds averaging 50 to 60 km/h and waves ranging between 2.5 to 3.5 meters.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience extremely turbulent, ranging between 2.5 and 3.5 meters in height with southwest surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime. Frost is expected in some North Upper Egypt, Central Sinai, and Western Sahara regions.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 19°C in Cairo, 20°C in Alexandria, 18°C in Marsa Matruh, 20°C in Sohag, 22°C in Qena, and 23°C in Aswan.
