The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderate weather to prevail in most parts of the country during Monday's daylight hours.
Warm weather is also predicted to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Winds will be active across the country, stirring sand and dust in South Sinai.
Light to moderate rainfall will prevail intermittently in the North Coast, North Upper Egypt, North and Central Sinai.
Light rain is also predicted to hit Cairo, South Upper Egypt, Canal Cities, and Gulf of Suez, at intermittent periods.
It is also expected that maritime navigation will be disrupted in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez with winds averaging 40 to 60 km/h and waves ranging between 2.5 to 3.5 meters.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 to 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime. Frost is expected in Central Sinai.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 20°C in Cairo, 20°C in Alexandria, 18°C in Marsa Matruh, 22°C in Sohag, 22°C in Qena, and 23°C in Aswan.
