Egypt Sees Hot Weather on Thursday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that the country will witness a slight rise in the temperature and hot weather, during daylight hours on Thursday.

Hot weather is foreseen to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Upper Egypt, and South Sinai.

It is also predicted that moderate weather will prevail in the Western Coasts, moderately hot weather to prevail in Eastern Coasts, and extremely hot conditions in the south of the country.

Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, said that the country will witness fog on some agricultural roads and highways close to water areas, leading to and from the Northern Coasts, Lower Egypt, and the Canal cities.

It is also foreseen that winds will occur occasionally in Cairo.

Pleasant weather is predicted to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and Northern coasts, at night.

It is also foreseen that moderate conditions will prevail in South Sinai and the South of the country.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 36C in Cairo, 29C in Alexandria, 26C in Marsa Matruh, 39C in Sohag, 41C in Qena, and 42C in Aswan.
