International platform "Travel Awaits" said that Egypt was ranked among the most preferred destinations for travelers worldwide for the year 2023.
In a report released on Friday, the website ranked Egypt 9th between 17 other tourist destinations.
The website pointed out that Egypt possesses many archaeological and tourist sites that distinguish it from any other place in the world.
Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx along with the Nile came as the hottest spots for tourists in the country.
It is noteworthy that TripAdvisor had chosen Cairo and Luxor among the 22 hottest vacation spots throughout 2022, while Hurghada among the top ten spots to visit throughout the 2023.
