Egypt's Military Production Company for projects and engineering consultation has successfully designed and manufactured a rotary smart parking system to solve the lack of parking space for the hundreds of thousands of cars in many cities.
The system uses modern national technology to park vehicles inside a steel structured building using an automated lift.
In only a few years the domestic component of platform items erected in Egypt reached 55%. It is expected to soar from 55 percent to 100 percentcent, according to the domestic company.
The current project work is aimed to develop a reduced working model of a car parking system for parking 8 to 20 cars within a parking area of 35 m².
In Egypt's megacities, vehicle parking has become a major concern in all busy areas and a good traffic system needs a good parking system namely Smart Parking System and Automated Car Parking System, etc.
Consequently, many people are already excited to see a tangible solution for the growing parking space problem in Egypt's megacity Cairo.
