On Thursday, the Egyptian Olympic team had a 1-1 draw in a friendly game against Ghana.
The game was part of the Egyptian team camp before the beginning of the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations, on June 24.
Ghana hit the Egyptian nets first through a penalty to take over the game by 1-0, shortly, Ibrahim Adel failed in scoring a penalty in 21.
However, Adel managed to hit the equalizer for the Egyptian team in 39.
The Egyptians qualified for the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations 2023 after defeating Zambia 2-0 in both legs.
Moreover, they target to capture one of the top 3 places in the tournament to reach Paris Games in 2024.
