The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately hot weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Tuesday.
Extremely hot weather is also predicted to hit South Upper Egypt.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, and Central Sinai.
Light to medium rainfall, sometimes thunderous, is also predicted to prevail in South Sinai.
Wind will occur occasionally in most parts of Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, most parts of the country will experience moderately cold weather at nighttime.
Moderate weather is also predicted to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 30°C in Cairo, 25°C in Alexandria, 23°C in Marsa Matruh, 33°C in Sohag, 36°C in Qena, and 37°C in Aswan.
