More than one billion viewers were watching Luxor last Thursday.. More than 150 Egyptian, Arab and international TV channels were broadcasting the great celebration of the re-opening of the Rams Road and the Opet Festival, in the presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and his wife, Mrs Entisar El-Sisi.

The whole world is seeing Egypt and its progress and how it builds modern Egypt and cares about the heritage of humanity. Luxor is the jewel in the crown of the human history. It has more than two-thirds of the world’s monuments..  Luxor has returned to the world scene thanks to president El Sisi who made the whole world follow up what is happening there.. the ceremony was organized at the highest level, it showed Luxor in a wonderful way. The music was inspired by the music that was played in the feasts of the ancient Opet, and the road of rams was as if the pharaohs had returned again  and built it, in addition to the development of  the infrastructure in Luxor and the Corniche.. The integration between the past, the present and the future was at its best in an impressive work thanks to an army of specialists, technicians and workers, headed by Khaled Al-Anani, the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities. I express my appreciation to them all, especially the archaeologists who were standing on scaffolding in a unique scene that proves that they are the granddaughters of the builders of the pyramids and temples..

The whole world and its newspapers and media highlighted the event, they were fascinated by the legendary ceremony. The US network "ABC" was keen to convey the details of the preparations for the ceremony under the title: "Egypt opens 3,000-year-old Avenue of Sphinxes". "It was a historical event about a road that tells a lot about the history of ancient Egypt, this is how the US network (CNN) described the Re-opening of the rams road in Luxor. Bloomberg described the event as an honoring to the heritage of Egypt and described it in details, stressing that the ceremony is the second international ceremony this year in the presence of President El-Sisi and senior officials to honor the heritage of Egypt after the royal mummies parade.

"While Americans feasted their eyes on a full-blown Thanksgiving Day parade after a two-year Covid absence, nearly 6,000 miles away Egypt revived a very different cultural tradition that has not been seen for several thousand years. ," the US Network said. "The country opened the 3,000-year-old Avenue of Sphinxes to the public Thursday in an extravagant ceremony in the southern city of Luxor that follows decades of excavation efforts."

The Indian newspaper, "Republic World", said that Egypt is competing itself to present an amazing show. We should be proud of Egypt, its president, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, its people and sons, who proved that the pharaohs are the origin of the pharaonic civilization yesterday, today and tomorrow.
