On Wednesday, Egypt's Court of Cassation approved terrorist Muslim Brotherhood's members: the group's head Mohamed Badie, and its deputy head Khairat Al Shater's 25-year-sentence on charges of conspiring with Hamas.

Last September, Cairo criminal court headed by Judge Mohamed Sherine Fahmy sentenced Badie and ten other Muslim brotherhood members to life in prison on charges of conspiring with Hamas.

MB leaders Saad El Ktatny,  Essam El-Erian, Mohamed El Beltagy , Saad El Hoseny, Hazem Farouk, Mohey Hamed, Khaled Saad, Khalil Al Aqed, and Ahmed Abdel Aty, alongside Al Shater are among the convicts who were handed down life imprisonment. The life imprisonment term is unchangeable and final.

Noteworthy, the defendants are charged with collaboration with foreign organizations outside the country، uncovering national security secrets and coordinating with armed groups inside and outside Egypt to launch terrorist attacks inside Egypt.
