Egypt Beat Tunisia 37–24 to Claim 10th African Handball Title

 Egypt men’s national handball team defeated Tunisia men’s national handball team 37–24 to win the African Men’s Handball Championship, securing a record-equalling 10th continental title.

Egypt took control early, leading 17–10 at halftime, and maintained dominance in the second half to seal a comprehensive victory in the final of the 27th edition of the tournament. The title extends Egypt’s winning streak to four consecutive championships and marks its second final triumph over Tunisia in the last four editions.

With this win, Egypt drew level with Tunisia as the most successful nations in the competition, each with 10 titles. It was Egypt’s sixth African title won at Tunisia’s expense, alongside three victories over Algeria and one over Cape Verde. Cape Verde finished third after beating Algeria 29–23.
