Egypt's first goal came from star Mohamed Salah in the 31' minute, following a brilliant pass from Hamdi Fathi, giving the Pharaohs the lead.
Ahmed Mostafa Zizo scored the Pharaohs' second goal in the 40' of the first half, following a brilliant pass from Mo Salah.
With this result, Egypt tops Group A with 13 points, while Ethiopia is in fifth place with 3 points.
