EFG Hermes Plans to Offer 2 Private Companies

EFG Hermes is planning to enlist two private companies on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) before the end of the current fiscal year, co-head of EFG Hermes’ Investment Banking Division Mostafa Gad announced.

"One of the two companies is operating in the technology field," Gad added in a press conference held this morning.

The top official revealed that his company was seeking to complete the offerings of Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling and Banque Du Caire, in a listing foreseen to attract millions from investors and will be the biggest since offering of Egypt telecom.

"We are also going to offer two big companies in London stock exchange," he said.
