The Competition Committee of the Egyptian Football Association decided on Sunday to suspend Zamalek captain Shikabala for eight months, and fined him EGP 500,000.
This came after his dispute with the EFA's chairman Ahmed Megahed during the Egyptian League title handover.
It also decided to fine Zamalek's right back Hazem Emam 100,000 EGP and suspended him for four games.
