Dubai to Open World's Largest Water Fountain within Days

The Pointe Palm, a destination for lifestyle and dining in Dubai, prepares to launch on October 22nd the world's largest water fountain.

The water penetrating pump, operated by Nakheel Malls, will be launched at 105 meters high above an area of ​​14,000 square feet, shining with lights from more than 3,000 LED lightbulbs.

The Palm Fountain, the latest tourist attraction in the "Palm Jumeirah", will seek to obtain the "Guinness World Record" title during its inaugural launch ceremony, with free entrance for the public so that the public can attend this huge event.

This remarkable event, an attempt to attain the title of the Guinness World Records' only multi-colored fountain in Dubai, is a clear indication of the Emirates' continuing to fly high in order to achieve its grand ambitions.

The opening concert will start at four in the afternoon, and will include a group of DJs, dance performances and magical fireworks displays, in addition to various activities and competitions throughout the day, offered by restaurants throughout "The Point".

The "Palm Fountain" will also present 20 detailed displays, with 5 different shows starting daily at sunset and continuing until midnight (from 7 pm to 12 am), while water columns flutter to the rhythm of a group of folk songs, including Gulf, Pop, classic, universal and others.
