This solid foundation propelled him into Egypt’s most significant national projects, from the Alexandria Strategic Master Plan 2032 to mega-projects like "New Giza" and "Badya," as well as his strategic role in the development of the historic Montazah district.
Dr. El-Gindy's ambitions reach far beyond engineering. He leads **Rising Star, the parent company of renowned hospitality and dining brands such as Park View, Sushi and Co, and KOHI cafes. His international footprint spans the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Morocco through MSD Business Management firms, while also heading the urban development sector as Chairman of TESCO UNION .
In the tourism sector, El-Gindy serves as the Vice President of the Albatros Group , in partnership with prominent businessman Kamel Abou-Aly. This collaboration extends beyond investment to technical education through his chairmanship of the Italian Hospitality School, an institution he helped establish to graduate professional cadres meeting international standards.
