Celebrated independent singer Dina El Wedidi will release a new song on Friday featured Dj Totti called "Ya Badr."
El Wedidi is one of the trending independent female voices which targets reviving the musical heritage of Egypt and Nubia.
She introduced contemporary editions for several folk songs such as "Aa'la Waraa' El Foll," and "El Sira."
InI2014, the singer released her full length-album "Tedawar Wi Terga'" (Turning Back) which carried her most famous hits such as "El Haram," "Tedawar Wi Tergaa'," "El Sira," and "Dawayer."

She cooperated with various international musicians and she was part of "El Nil" project which dedicated to performing Nile countries' mutual musical heritage.
El Wedidi is one of the earliest contemporary independent artists who were included in Cairo Opera House summer concerts.
She shared the stage with the legendary singer Mohamed Mounir and performed together "Aa'lomoni Eaniki."
