Authorities have decided to imprison businessman Salah Diab for 15 days pending investigation.
He was arrested as a result of seizing state lands and built "La Poire'' factories on them without having a license.
The investigation authorities also accused the well-known business man of number of public taxes and value-added cases and his evasion to pay the amounts owed by him to the state, which over several years amounted to 11 billion and 135 million pounds.
