The Croatian national football team visited the Giza Pyramids this Sunday, a highlight of their participation in the ongoing Capital Cup. Their visit comes just before they play in the final match against Egypt's team.

On their official "X" account (formerly Twitter), the Croatian team expressed their awe, comparing the marvel of football to the ancient wonder of the pyramids.

Croatia made it to the final after defeating Tunisia in a penalty shootout on Saturday. They are scheduled to play against Egypt on Tuesday at 10 PM at the Capital Stadium for the tournament's championship.

Egypt reached the final by beating New Zealand, with Mustafa Mohamed, known as Anakonda, scoring the decisive penalty.

Croatia's team captain, Luka Modric, displayed his football skills in front of the pyramids along with his teammates, enjoying the magnificent setting before their big game against Egypt.
