It was reported that Saudi club Al Nassr, the home of Portugal's legend Cristiano Ronaldo, eye Portuguese star and Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes during the current summer transfer window.

According to the Portuguese newspaper A Bola, Al Nassr's new head coach Jorge Jesus has asked the club's management to pursue the signing of his compatriot Bruno Fernandes to strengthen the midfield with a player who possesses great experience and leadership qualities.

Fernandes had previously received a massive offer from Saudi club Al-Hilal under pressure from Manchester United coach Rúben Amorim, who insisted on keeping him at the club for another season.

Bruno’s contract with Manchester United runs until the summer of 2027.

The newspaper also noted that Al-Nassr’s management is prepared to make a substantial financial offer to persuade the player, highlighting the opportunity to play alongside his Portuguese national team colleague Cristiano Ronaldo, as well as new signing João Félix.

On the other hand, major media reports claimed that Fernandes declined the second offer to join the Saudi Pro League.
