Cold Weather Prevails across Egypt on Thursday, Cairo 15°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts cold weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, the North Coast, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Thursday.

Moderately cold weather is also expected to prevail in the South Sinai, South Upper Egypt, and the Red Sea mountain ranges.

Furthermore, the country will witness dense fog on some agricultural roads and highways leading to Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, Canal cities, central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.

Light to medium rain is predicted to prevail in the Northeastern Coasts and the Red Sea mountain ranges.

Meanwhile, extremely cold weather is foreseen to prevail across the country at nighttime, reaching the point of frost in central Sinai.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 15°C in Cairo, 15°C in Alexandria, 15°C in Marsa Matruh, 15°C in Sohag, 16°C in Qena, and 18°C in Aswan.
