We no longer need to travel to Europe to celebrate Christmas and experience its dreamy and inspiring time; Egyptians already have turned their streets into a piece of Europe.

The most important avenues that Xmas is highly pronounced are shops, malls, clubs, hotels, tourist places, beside homes.

The celebration is no longer simple, but rather has become a huge celebration taking place from mid-December up to January 7.

Everyone strives to create and decorate a distinct Xmas tree.

There are streets in Egypt now known for celebrating Christmas exclusively.

These streets are designed in a way that inspires happiness among Egyptians.

They have become destinations for visitors from all sects, who wish to feel the occasion.

Egyptian people were even joined by Europeans residing in the country.

The streets are filled with decorations and lights, and most especially Christmas trees are lit up.

In Egypt, this year the occasion of the Christ’s birth coincides with the birth Al-Hussein, grandson of Prophet Muhammad, Peace be upon Him.

The inter-relation of celebration can be observed in markets selling Santa Claus clothes and Christmas gifts, along with sweets designed especially for Al-Hussein occasion, while songs are played in a mixed way.
