Channels Set to Broadcast Zamalek-Zesco Encounter

A few minutes before Zamalek's encounter against Zesco United, here is the channel set to air the clash.

Zesco are set to host the White Knights in the 3rd round of the CAF Champions League group stage on Saturday afternoon at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.

Bein Sports HD 1 is set to broadcast today's match.

TP Mazembe, who are now topping with seven points, held a 1-1 draw against Primeiro de Agosto on Friday.

Zamalek now came in the second spot with three points, while Zesco came in the last spot with only one point.

Carteron said Friday that the White Knights’ major aim is to defeat Zesco United. “We have come to Zambia to secure victory. We know that the encounter will be difficult as our competitor eyes the victory as well,” Carteron said during a pre-match press conference.

“I am used to work under pressure as I led big teams in Africa such as TP Mazembe and Raja Casablanca. I know that we are facing a strong opponent and we have to achieve a good result in order to regain our balance once again,” the French coach explained.

The five-time African champions were drawn in Group A, alongside C.D. Primeiro de Agosto, ZESCO United F.C (Zambia), and TP Mazembe (DR Congo).

The whites suffered a 0-3 defeat against TP Mazembe in the opening game of the group stage, before defeating Primeiro de Agosto with two unanswered goals in the second round.
