After successfully maintaining their position in the Premier League and reaching the final match of the Egyptian Pro League Cup, Ceramica Cleopatra has opted to end coach Helmi Toulan's tenure.

In a statement issued on Monday, Ceramica Cleopatra shared, "An amicable agreement has been reached for coach Helmi Toulan to depart from the team, following the conclusion of the Egyptian Premier League matches."

73-year-old coach Toulan assumed the role of the new manager of Ceramica Cleopatra after the departure of Tunisian boss Mouine Chaabani in May.

Toulan, with a wealth of experience in the Egyptian league, has previously held management positions with multiple teams, including Zamalek, Enppi, Harras El-Hodoud, Ittihad of Alexandria, and Smouha.

Under Toulan's guidance, Ceramica Cleopatra was able to secure a safe 13th position in the Egyptian League, earning 37 points, thus steering clear of the relegation zone.

"My contract with Ceramica Cleopatra was amicably terminated as my specified role was to assist the team in maintaining their status in the Egyptian Premier League and steer them clear of the relegation zone," shared Toulan.

Ceramica Cleopatra's concluding match of the Egyptian Pro League Cup is slated for 22 July against Masry, marking the end of this season's games.
