Celebrated Islamic Scholar Abla Al Kahlawi Dies of COVID-19

Egypt's Islamic scholar Abla Al Kahlawi passed away at the age of 72 years old. She died of infection with COVID-19.

Dr. Al Kahlawi was one of the most famous professors at Al Azhar University since 1979.

She held various lessons in Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, alongside holding daily lessons in her father's mosque, chanter Mohamed El Kahlawi.

Furthermore, the departed scholar was one of the supporters of shedding the light on the Islamic civilization and the culture of accepting and respecting the other.

Moreover, she was one of the strongest religious icons who refuted the fault myths of linking Islam to terrorism.

On the other hand, Al Kahlawi dedicated a huge part of her life to supporting old people and orphans as she built a huge hospital for old people who suffer from Alzheimer's.
