American rapper Cardi B is currently working on the follow-up to her 2018 debut studio album "Invasion of Privacy".

In her new interview, she opened about her desire to finish her new album and shared her plans to go away for a very long time in order to complete the record.

The "Bodak Yellow" rapper added that she had originally intended to have released the album by now, but her plans have been continually disturbed by the coronavirus pandemic.

The rapper got her start on the VH1 reality show “Love and Hip-Hop,” which she appeared on from 2015 to 2017.

The Grammy-winning artist made her feature film debut starring opposite Jennifer Lopez, Constance Wu, and Keke Palmer in “Hustlers,” the true story movie based on the 2019 crime drama about strippers who turn the tables on their wealthy Wall Street clientele.

Cardi B will also be seen in “F9,” the next installment in Universal’s “Fast & Furious” franchise.
