Canada Hold World's No.2 France to Goalless Draw Friendly

On Sunday, Canada held France to a goalless draw in an international friendly. The game is part of both teams' preparations for the upcoming continental tournaments: Euro 2024, and Copa America.

France will participate in the Euro 2024 that will take place between June 14, and July 14, while Canada will participate in Copa America that will kick off on June 20.

Kylian Mbappe participated in the final 15 minutes of the game after sustaining an injury in the previous international friendly against Luxemburg.

Last Wednesday, France thrashed Luxemburg 3-0 in a friendly. The game saw the first appearance of Kylian Mbappe after signing with Real Madrid.

France are enlisted with Group D with Poland, the Netherlands, and Austria. The Blues will start their competitions in the European tournament on June 17.
