Egypt will not face "Dragon Storm"

Egypt is currently facing a wave of unstable weather, which is prevailing across Egypt from Tuesday to Sunday.

Shaheen added that most parts of the country will witness a state of non-violent natural instability accompanied by rainfall.

He noted that the topic about the "Dragon Storm" exaggeratedly spread across social media for the bad weather spell is the first in the current fall season.

Shaheen explained that the rainfall will range from medium to heavy, which will be thundering in the northern coasts and some areas of Lower Egypt, and moderate to heavy rainfall, at sometimes, in Cairo, starting from Friday evening until next Sunday.

He stressed that the rain will not hinder daily life, advising to reduce movement only during periods of rainfall.
