CAF CL quarter finals draw to take place on Apr.30

The group stage of the CAF Champion League has been ended on Saturday, as the draw for the quarter final will take place on Friday, April 30.

What is the system of the draw? 

Teams, who topped their group in the group stage, are set to clash against the second-placed clubs in the quarter finals. Teams, who were drawn in the same group will not played each others in the CAF Champions League group stage, while club from the same country could be faced off.

The second leg will take place in the home of the clubs, who ranked first in their groups.

When, where will the draw take place? 

The draw will take place on Friday, April 30 in Cairo, Egypt.

When will the matches be played? 

The first leg of the last 8 will take place on May 14 and 15, while the second leg will be held on May 21 and 22.

On their part, Al Ahly of Egypt could face ES Tunis, Morocco's Wydad or South African Mamelodi Sundowns.
