On Wednesday, Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes signed a new contract with the Reds until the summer of 2027. The contract include an option to renew it for an extra year.
Fernandes had two years left in his current contract which signed in 2020. The Portuguese star joined the club in January 2020 from Sporting Lisbon in a £68m deal.
The Portugal international has made 234 appearances in all competitions, scoring 79 goals and making 67 assists.He won the FA Cup and Carabao Cup and reached the Europa League final in 2021.
