Winners at this year's Brit Awards will be presented with a "double trophy", a special, second statuette, which recipients can give to someone else as an "act of kindness", who could be 'entirely unrelated to music.

The award recipients will be given a large multicolored trophy, as well as a smaller metallic version. The trophy is designed by artists Es Devlin and Yinka Ilori, who stated that the lockdown had inspired their design.
