President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi heads today to Russia, to participate in the BRICS summit, held in the city of Kazan, a summit that witnesses - for the first time - Egypt’s participation as a member of the group, since it officially joined it at the beginning of this year.
The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic stated that during the summit, the President will review Egypt’s vision and positions regarding a number of important topics and issues internationally and regionally, especially ways to enhance cooperation among the countries of the group.
The President will also address climate change ways to support joint economic and development cooperation among the countries of the group.
