Official Russian media announced, on Wednesday, that the security authorities have thwarted plans for terrorist attacks by ISIS organization in the Moscow region.
The state-owned news agency said that the security forces dismantled a militant cell, arrested a person who planned to carry out attacks and seized a homemade bomb.
