Chelsea suffered another away defeat, losing 3–1 to Leeds United in their match on Wednesday evening at Elland Road, as part of Round 14 of the English Premier League.
Yaka Bjoll opened the scoring for Leeds in the 6th minute, before O. Tanaka doubled the lead with a second goal in the 43rd minute.
In the second half, Dominic Calvert-Lewin added the third goal for the hosts in the 72nd minute, while Pedro Neto scored Chelsea’s only goal in the 50th minute.
With this defeat, Chelsea dropped to fourth place in the league table with 24 points, trailing leaders Arsenal by 9 points.
As for Leeds United, they raised their tally to 13 points in 17th place, remaining within the relegation battle zone.
