US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that he discussed with his European counterparts plans to support Ukraine and hold Putin and his backers accountable.
Earlier, the US Bloomberg Agency said that NATO allies are expected to classify Russia’s behavior as a direct threat, in a strategic document that will be issued by the end of next June.

The agency quoted a NATO official as saying that the forthcoming document will also deal with the best way to support neighboring countries that are exposed to aggression.
The official said the allies would likely maintain the possibility of reviving relations if Moscow’s behavior changed, adding that the document would also confront China and its relationship with Russia.
