US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken held talks with the Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani about the war in the Gaza Strip.
According to a statement published on the official website of the US State Department on Sunday, the two parties discussed ongoing efforts to evacuate seriously injured people and urgently increase the flow of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
The two sides also discussed efforts to ensure the safe passage of foreign citizens out of Gaza, and the immediate and safe return of all hostages.
