U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will begin an African tour on Monday, visiting four countries for talks focused on bolstering regional security, preventing conflict, promoting trade, and democracy.
Blinken is scheduled to visit Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, and Angola during the tour.
