Beyonce and Jay Z looked stunning Sunday evening as the couple stood alongside Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for the Lion King premiere in London.

The pop superstar attended with her rapper husband Jay Z, who is also a huge fan of Meghan and Harry.

The singer was pleased as she greeted the Duchess of Sussex after previously paying tribute to her in her BRIT Awards acceptance speech. She filmed a video with husband Jay Z standing in front of a portrait of Meghan.

In the reboot of the Disney classic, Beyonce voices Nala while Donald Glover takes on the role of Simba.

Other stars at the premiere tonight included Myleene Klass, who showed off her baby bump. The pregnant telly star, 41, is expecting, in days, her first baby with current boyfriend Simon Motson, but she's also mum to two daughters from a previous relationship.

Also at the bash this evening were Elton John, Pharrell Williams, Rochelle and Marvin Humes, former Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh and actor Seth Rogen.

According to British 'Mirror', the Jungle Book director Jon Favreau has taken over for the new version of the film, which is a CGI-heavy remake of the first film.

It tells the same story of Simba (Donald Glover), the future heir to Pride Rock who finds his life with father Mufasa (returning voice actor James Earl Jones ) changed forever due to the actions of his evil uncle Scar ( Chiwetel Ejiofor ).

The early first reactions on social media were glowing, but now the full critical reviews have dropped and they haven't all been so kind.
