Barcelona to Welcome Bayern Munich in UEFA Champions League

Barcelona will have a tough mission in the UEFA Champions League by hosting Bayern Munich in gameweek five of the UEFA Champions League.

The game will be held at Camp Nou stadium for the 21:00 kick-off.

The Balugrana need a miracle in order to book their place in the last 16 as they have to win their two matches, including Bayern game and they have to wait for Inter Milan's losses in their two games.

Barcelona are now in the third spot in Group C with four points, behind Inter Milan, who are second with seven points and Bayern, who are topping the group with the 100% start.

Last season was the first since 2000/01 that Barcelona failed to make it out of the group stage but any hope that was a blip appears to be wishful thinking given their precarious position in Group C.

On the other hand, Bayern booked their place among the big 16 clubs of the UEFA Champions League.
