Bakry: No Intention to Sell or Close Sada El Balad Channels

Mostafa Bakry denied what was published on a website about a deal to sell the Sada El Balad channel network to Arab Investors.

Bakry said on his program that the management of Sada El Balad channels confirmed in a statement that there is absolutely no intention to sell or close the channels and that what was published on a website about a deal with Arab Investors to sell the channels is a rumor and fabrication. 

The statement confirmed that the channel’s board of directors will not sell Sada El Balad channels at all, and that they were created to last.

He added that these channels, since their establishment, have had media leadership. They are distinguished channels that defend Egypt and the Egyptian people against the enemies of the nation, take patriotic positions, and always side with the Egyptian citizen. 

“It is a national channel that represents the voice of truth and honesty, and all of its employees are patriots loyal to their country. They work with complete sincerity, efficiency, and professionalism, and always take sides with national positions and in the interest of the country,” he stressed.

"Sada El Balad achieved great success in the media field, and everyone attests to their excellence and credibility, and they cannot be sold at all."
