On Tuesday, Bahrain's athlete Winfred Yavi brought another gold medal for Arabs after winning the women's 3,000 metres steeplechase gold medal.
Yavi spontaneously celebrated her victory after crossing the line, passing Chemutai with an explosive final sprint.
Chemutai was in tears after Yavi captured the first place and set an Olympic record of 8 minutes 52.76 seconds.
This gold medal is the second for Arab countries in the 2024 Paris Games after Algeria's Kaylia Nemour captured gold medal in Artistic Gymnastics.
