Australian Prime Minister (PM) Anthony Albanese announced that he will visit India from March 8-11, at the invitation of his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi, in order to deepen strategic, economic, and people-to-people relations between both countries.
In a statement, The Australian PM said that he will visit the cities of Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and New Delhi.
He will join the Indian Prime Minister in the annual Australian-Indian summit to be held in New Delhi, and they will discuss issues related to trade, investment, renewable energy, technology, defense, and security cooperation.
The statement added that this visit will also help strengthen educational and cultural relations between the two countries.
