Azali Assoumani, President of the Comoros Islands and the current president of the African Union, said that the world is undergoing many technological changes, but the African continent suffers from conflicts and conspiracies, affirming his strong support for all brotherly countries facing their own crisis.
The President of the Comoros added, during the fifth session of the mid-year coordination summit of the African Union in Kenya, with the participation of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, that he is confident and convinced that peace and harmony is our main aim and the basic program for the African continent, pointing out to cooperation with Moussa Faki to identify the main points of the Sudan crisis, in order to support ways and means to get out of that crisis.
He affirmed his support for the transitional phase in Mali and Burkina Faso, indicating that the transitional period in Mali will be transparent and have a clear, large image.
