Aston Villa captured the final qualifying Premier League spot for the UEFA Champions League tournament after a strong strife with Tottenham.

Yesterday, Manchester City defeated Tottenham 2-0 to retain the top leading spot of the Premier League table, while Aston Villa succeded in having a precious 3-3 draw with Liverpool on Monday.

The point gap between the Villans and the Lilywhites is stretched to five points with only one round left in the Premier League.

The four advanced English teams to the UEFA Champions League are: Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Aston Villa.

In the same context, Tottenham advanced to the Europa League.
