As a part of the 30 Arab Music Festival activities, the great Syrian singer Asala, also known as the “Prince of Arab Music” gave a marvelous live concert and dazzling classical musical night on the stage of Fountain Theater located at the Cairo Opera House on Nov.14.
The gorgeous Arab singer took the stage and sang several songs with Syrian and Egyptian accents, adding mild calmness and serenity to songs that were trundling along effectively.
Further, Assala, who was accompanied by a renowned music orchestra led by Mostafa Helmy, featured songs from her flourishing three-decade-long career like "Bent Akaber", Asfa" (I'm Sorry), “Ana Bahbk”, “Bokra Ahla”, “Samhtk” then closed with Sabah’s soaring “Ya Dala’a”.
