Syrian superstar, Assala Nasri is collaborating with her husband, Iraqi poet Faik Hassan, the business manager of singer Majid Al Mohandis, in a new song in the Iraqi dialect.
In September, Nasri confirmed her marriage to Hassan. She also shared a photo with her husband and revealed that she regarded him as a dear friend from the time she had known him.

On the other hand, Nasri is working on two separate albums in Arabic and Gulf dialects.
The star’s latest album was “La Testaslem” [Do Not Give Up], an album in the Gulf dialect including 20 songs.

She is also scheduled to perform live at the Cairo Opera House’s Fountain Theater, on November 14.
The performance is a part of the 30th Arab Music Festival and Conference, which is taking place from 1 to 15 November at six theatres in Cairo, Alexandria, and Beheira.
The edition is dedicated to late legendary musicians Abdo Dagher and Gamal Salama and witnesses 33 performances by over 100 artists from 10 Arab countries, including Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria, Tunisia, Palestine, Jordan, and Oman.
